Kid's Ministry
Connie Amaral, Director of children's Sunday school attended East Texas Bible College till 1982. She has been working in Ministry for 38 years, and continuing in Leading the Children and Women's department. New Destiny offers Sunday school class for all ages. Children are involved in musicals, drama productions, various activities and Vacation Bible School. New Destiny has a great group of innovative teachers who love teaching God love to the children. Each year we work on a new exciting curriculum for Vacation Bible school. Children have a blast all while learning about Biblical lessons on love and kindness.
Men's Ministry
Man Up Ministry is composed of a great group of men that get together monthly to support and uplift each other.
Man Up mission helps empower men to remain Godly in an Ungodly world. Activities include, bowling, gathering around the fire pit, fishing, camping and much more.
Youth Ministry
Stacy Cruz has been working with Beyond Youth Ministries for the past 2 years. Stacy Cruz has done an exceptional job connecting with the youth and guiding them through very challenging times. Beyond Youth enjoy sharing many activities and outings together.
Women's Ministry
Women's ministry enjoy coming together on a monthly basis for fellowship to support and uplift one another. At times is feels overwhelming being a women, wife, mother, daughter, friend or girlfriend. Getting together in support for each other helps you know that your not alone in the journey. NDCA women enjoy monthly speakers, and activities. All while enjoying some great food and desserts.
Prayer Support
Make prayer part of everything you do. Prayer Ministry aims to teach and lead the church to seek God through prayer. "For my house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations".Isaiah 56:7b. Prayer ministry is also here to interceded for others who may be in need of God touch in their lives. Intersession prayer is the act of praying for the needs of others situations and circumstances, including those who are in trouble, sick, in financial bondage, out of work, depressed, grief-stricken, and other situations. Scripture tells us “the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much.” James 5:16b.
